Dear HFCS Parents & Guardians,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the rapidly approaching 2016/17 School Year!

The PTO Executive Board is looking forward to another exciting year under the leadership of our Principal, Mrs. Sarah Chevlin.  We are committed to working with Mrs. Chevlin and our dedicated and motivated families to continue to move Holy Family Catholic School forward to the next level of excellence.

We had a very successful and productive last year. Have you seen our brand new playground? It will be a joy to see the kids’ faces the day they come back and begin to play on it!

We are happily anticipating the arrival of many new families and students; as well as welcoming back our returning families. Representatives from the PTO Executive Board will be available on August 25th from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Meet and Greet in the gym. Please plan to arrive early as we are opening our new playground with a blessing.  This will be an opportunity for you ask questions and get acquainted with your PTO.  We will introduce you to the various volunteer activities for the upcoming school year.

There is no need to sign up to be part of the PTO network. With your child’s registration, you are automatically part of the PTO, and there are NO additional fees to be paid.
With God’s  help and grace we look forward to a year full of fellowship, rewarding challenges and achievements within our Holy Family Catholic School community.
Please join us for our first PTO meeting, September 13th, 2016, preceding the “Back to School Night” activities.
The PTO will be hosting four General Assembly Meetings this year, and it is our hope that you will be able to attend and stay up to date with what’s happening at our dynamic school.

Please feel free at any time to contact the PTO via our e-mail address at pto@holyfamilydalecity.org for any questions, concerns or comments.
The PTO has updated our website for you and if you haven’t already, please join our Facebook page.
The easiest way to stay informed about upcoming events and how to get involved is still the e-update that is sent out every Monday morning to all of our families.
The PTO has a section in the E-update, where we keep you informed. We strive to keep these updates brief and informative to accommodate your busy schedules.

Once again a warm and sincere welcome and we hope to see you in August!
