Extended Day and Morning Care Registration

Morning Care: 6:30-8:00 a.m. (K-8)

6:30-8:30 a.m (Preschool)

Extended Day: 3:00-5:30 p.m. (2:00-5:30 p.m. on Wednesdays)

Registration Fee: $45

Hourly Rates: 1 child - $10 per hour

2 children - $15 per hour

3 or more children - $18 per hour

Late pick-up: Our program ends at 5:30 p.m. After 5:30, a fee of $25 will be charged to your account. An additional $25 will be charged every 15 minutes thereafter.

Your child(ren) will not be allowed to attend Morning Care or Extended Day until this form has been submitted.

*All fees will be billed directly through your FACTS account.
