All Sacraments received at Holy Family Catholic Church are tracked through the Holy Family Faith Formation Office. You will receive communication from the Faith Formation Office if your child intends to receive a Sacrament at Holy Family Catholic Church.

Copies of the following documents must be submitted to the school office in order for a student to receive a Sacrament at Holy Family: Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, First Communion Certificate.
