I give the below student permission to participate in the Holy Family Catholic School Board Game Club every second and fourth Tuesday after school from 3:30pm - 4:30pm, in room 9.

Mr. Marr will lead the club and bring in various board games throughout the year. Students are encourage to bring their own games to share, as well.

Meeting dates will be October 24, November 14 & 28, December 12, January 9 & 23, February 13 & 27, March 12 & 26, April 9 & 23, and May 14 & 28.

I authorize Holy Family Catholic School to charge my FACTS account $25 for my child's participation in the Board Game Club.
