It is understood and expected that all Holy Family Catholic School parents will give 10 volunteer hours to help our school and our students in some capacity throughout the school year. As you fulfill volunteer hours, please record the information on this form and turn it in to the school office. It is the parent's responsibility to document the hours worked.     

Please note, a maximum of 4 hours can be earned per event per family.
