St. Lucy Food Collection Due Thursday, October 15th!

Holy Family is partnering with our parish to support Catholic Charities’ Saint Lucy Food Project. The need is significant—the project is currently serving 24% more people than last year, including families right here in Prince William County.

This is more than a food drive. It is an opportunity to show our students what our faith looks like when we put it into action.

Our challenge: 100% participation.

Every student. Every teacher. Every class.

Classes and groups that reach 100% participation will earn an Out-of-Uniform Day. A little friendly competition never hurts when the mission is this good!

  • Preschool — Canned Beans
  • Kindergarten — Cereal/Oatmeal Packets
  • First Grade — Canned Tomato Products/Pasta; no jars
  • Second Grade — Canned Fruit; no jars
  • Third Grade — Canned Corn & Green Beans
  • Fourth Grade — Rice & Dried Beans (1–2 lb. bags)
  • Fifth Grade — Canned Tuna & Meat
  • Sixth Grade — Sugar
  • Seventh Grade — Cooking Oil; plastic only
  • Eighth Grade — Jam/Jelly; plastic only
  • Specials & Extended Care — Flour & Masa

  • Extra item needed: Tortillas

Donations are due by October 15.

If every member of our Holy Family community brings just one item, those individual acts of generosity become something much greater.

Let’s fill the shelves, inspire our students, and show them that service isn't just something we teach—it is something we live.

Let’s make it 100%, Holy Family.
