Cheerleading

Hello Cheerleading Parents,

This year, year-round cheer will be available for grades 2-8 and will include sideline and showcase cheer. Practices will be held every Thursday beginning September 11, 2025, and will be from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. Students will be permitted to stay after school to attend practices. Please make sure your child brings a water bottle to every practice. Cheerleaders should wear PE uniforms to school on practice days with WHITE athletic shoes. Any student without proper practice clothes or shoes will not be permitted to participate. Please arrive promptly to pick up your child at the end of practice. Children not picked up at the conclusion of practice will be sent to extended day. No student will be released to a non-parent without prior notice given to the school office.

Sideline cheer will support fall sports at games held after school. This year, Spring showcase cheer will be offered for grades 2-8 and will not do sideline but will compete and perform at school events. There are 2 options added to sports registration one for YEAR-ROUND cheerleading and one for SPRING SHOWCASE cheerleading. If you have signed up for year-round cheer your child will participate in both sideline cheer and the showcase team.

Email communication will be sent regarding more information and any changes to practices or game day schedules.
