2026 TALENT SHOW AUDITION FORM
Registration for the 2026 A Night of The Stars Talent show is open until May 8th. Each member of a group act must submit a complete audition form. Please include your group's name.

Important Due Dates
Monday, May 4 – Online registration closes
Friday, May 8 – Song lyrics or other written material that will be part of your act are due
Tuesday, May 12 & 19 – Auditions starting at 3:30 pm. Please use link below to sign up.
Tuesday, May 26 – Dress rehearsal for all participants starting at 3:30 pm
Thursday, May 28 – Talent Show – 6:00 pm in the Gym

I, grant my child permission to audition for and/ or participate in the 2026 HFCS Talent Show. I will arrange prompt transportation for my child for auditions, rehearsal, and the performance. I have read, understand and agree to help my child abide by all the outlined rules, for the HFCS talent show.
